Registration confirmation has been sent by email, if you did not receive anything yet you may have an over zealous spam blocker or we manage to send to a valid address that is your namesake and they will be just as confused. Please contact us directly and we can work something out.

If you haven't already notified us of any food allergies/dietary restrictions please do so asap and we will see what we can arrange with the caterers.

When you get to the campus, initially head to the Cafeteria on the 3rd floor/3e etage for Registration.
This is ground level at the back, right across from the residences, since the college is built On The Rocks.

Navaho weaving is in room 4014 and the OHS Executive Meeting will be in room 1150K

Parking should be paid if you arrive before 4pm Friday, however some ticket machines are out of order,
so if you find the one in your choice of lot is not working, we are told not to worry, consider it free.
If you park directly outside the residence, please move your vehicle as soon as you have checked into your room to allow others to unload.

If you are bringing your Scarf Challenge there will be a display area for the scarf, the yarn winding, and your inspiration (rock, leaf, feather, etc. or bring a photo if the natural object is too large or otherwise immovable). Drop these off at Registration, and pick up at the end of the banquet.

If you are heading out to Hanmer for the Catalogne workshop the bus leaves at 9 am Saturday from the front of the college. If you are driving yourself, please make sure to let us know at Registration so we are not worried about waiting for you and aim to be at L'age d'or/Golden Age Club, 26 Cote Blvd around 9.30 am..

Floor plans will be available around the college -- next to most entrance doors.
Note in the image below for floor 1 & 2, North and the main entrance from the parking nearest Lasalle Blvd is the bottom of the page. For floor 3 & 4, North is to the right, and the cafeteria and vendor area to the top.
